Well its been a very busy week here since deciding to put our house on the market. We have been very busy getting our house ready for open homes, and then a bit of house hunting on the weekend. My 16 month old son is very helpful with cleaning - he follows me around the house pulling everything out as I put it away!

ABC Paintings has also been pretty busy, so I am glad to have finally found a courier company that will pick up parcels from my door instead of having to go down to the post office every five minutes!

This is my name of the week. I was a sponsor for Cloth Nappy Week recently, and gave away some vouchers as prizes at their various talks around the country. This is one of the prizes.

I have been meaning to start a blog for a while and finally made some time to do it. This is my first attempt at writing a blog so bear with me!

I started ABC Paintings last year when my little boy Jack was a few months old. He is such a great sleeper I found myself with a bit of spare time, and grabbed the opportunity to back into painting again. I have always loved painting but it was always much more serious stuff like landscapes. I decided to give kids painting a go and really enjoyed it, it is great fun working with bright vibrant colours, and it doesn't matter if it turns out a bit wonky!
